Roam Singapore With The Novatel MiFi!
Our favorite super-portable personal hotspot, the Novatel MiFi, is now in Asia.
MobileOne (M1), a wireless company operating in Singapore, is offering the MiFi 2352 to customers who need an ultra-portable internet solution.
The MiFi 2352 can create an internet connection through a cellular network, then split that connection between five different devices over an 802.11 B or G connection.
The MiFi 2352 connects to GPRS/EDGE and HSUPA/HSDPA networks, and can achieve speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps download, 5.76 Mbps upload.
The MiFi is renowned for its ease of use. Establishing an internet connection is really as simple as turning the MiFi on—no extra steps are necessary after the initial setup!
The 2352 released in Singapore also contains a microSDHC port for storing applications and other data.
On a similar note, the MiFi 2372, a cousin to the MiFi 2352, will soon be released in America and featured on a wireless carrier with a GSM network. As soon as we know, BuyMiFi will have further news about the MiFi 2372.
